Nancy Fonfara is a leader in the field of permanent cosmetics. In 2001 she established the Permanent Cosmetic Clinic (PCC) in Apple Valley, Minnesota. Nancy has made the application of permanent cosmetics her only specialty. She has successfully completed hundreds of procedures, and has earned the respect of many Plastic Surgeons in the Twin City area. Past clients and health care professionals refer their patients, friends and relatives to Nancy because of her caring, professional manner, eye for detail, and clinical hygienic process.

Nancy is a certified micropigmentation specialist with advanced training in color theory and design. She is a graduate from the University of Minnesota, Minnesota School of Cosmetology and Midwest Institute of Permanent Cosmetics. Nancy is a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, (SPCP), the largest non-profit professional association in the United States and internationally for the permanent cosmetics industry.

Nancy believes in taking time with each client to fully explain and educate them about their individual permanent cosmetic procedures. She is personable, and truly passionate about her work.
