Permanent Eyebrows
Have you over tweezed your brows and they simply refuse to grow back?
Are your brows naturally light or sparse? Are you tired of filling
in or drawing on your brows everyday? If your answer is yes to any
of these questions, then you are going to absolutely love having permanent
eyebrows.
Eyebrows frame the eyes and influence the total symmetry
of the face. Drawn on eyebrows can sometimes appear too harsh. It
is also almost impossible to get them to look the same day after day.
Permanent eyebrows applied at PCC will result in a very natural, balanced
appearance. Permanent pigment applied to the eyebrows can add fullness,
shape, symmetry, and defined color tones to fair brows or to brows
that have lost hair due to age, medical condition or injury. Permanent
pigment is placed in the brow area to correct an imperfect shape or
to give brows a fuller appearance. Your bone structure is used as
a guide to create the most flattering eyebrow design just for you.
What should I expect?
The typical permanent eyebrow procedure will take about 1-2 hours.
This includes drawing the brow design, allowing the topical anesthetic
to take effect and of course applying the permanent pigment. When
you leave the clinic, your brows will be slightly swollen and tender.
This will dissipate quickly. Initially, it is common to feel that
your brows are too dark. They will completely exfoliate in about 7
days resulting in softer more natural looking eyebrows. During the
7-day healing period, you will be asked to apply Vaseline on your
new eyebrows at least twice a day to keep the treated area moist.
Four to twelve weeks after the procedure, a follow-up or touch-up
appointment should be scheduled. At this appointment color can be
added if necessary and slight adjustments made to the shape of the
brow. This appointment is for perfecting, and will usually take less
than an hour.

Permanent Eyeliner
You are going to love having permanent eyeliner! No more pulling on
delicate eye tissue to apply or remove your eyeliner. Imagine not
having smeared or smudged eyeliner. For beautifully defined eyes or
delicate eyelash enhancement, permanent eyeliner is your answer.
Lash Enhancement
is a more natural look that many people prefer. It is simply having
permanent color placed between the lashes and just above the lashes
on the upper lid to give your eyes a little more definition.
Eyeliner is the same process, except
that the lines are slightly thicker giving you more of a “makeup”
look. If you are not sure which look you prefer, we highly recommend
a conservative approach. Start with the more natural lash enhancement.
Later, if you decide to increase the thickness and/or darken your
liner that can be done at no additional cost during your follow-up/touchup
visit (within 4-12 weeks).
What should I expect? The procedure
takes approximately 2 hours. Topical anesthetic is applied to desensitize
the lids and make the procedure more comfortable. Immediately after
the procedure your eyelids will be slightly swollen and tender. The
following morning you will probably wakeup with a “good cry”
look. This is normal and will last 24-48 hours. You should not wear
contacts, mascara or eye shadow during the healing process, which
is about 4 days. During this period you will need to apply Vaseline
to the treated area at least twice a day to keep the pigment moist.
Your permanent eyeliner will appear thicker and darker initially.
As the area heals you will notice some of the color flaking off (exfoliating).
This is normal and to be expected. Typically, a 2nd appointment is
scheduled 4-12 weeks later.

Permanent Lip liner and Full Lip Color
Does your lipstick bleed? Have your lips lost their definition and
natural coloring around the lip border? Imagine having lip color morning
through night, 24 hours a day. Permanent lip color can give you fuller
looking lips without the painful and temporary injection of collagen.
Permanent lip pigment can be applied either as a lip liner to reshape
and contour lips for a more defined look. You also can have the entire
lip filled with color for a full color effect. Many lip colors are
available to choose from. Most women desire a soft natural permanent
lip color to enhance their own lips, but more vibrant colors are also
available. Selecting a color is a process that takes into account
your natural lip color, your skin tones and the final color that you
desire.
What to expect? A lip procedure takes
approximately 2 hours. Immediately after the procedure the lips will
appear slightly swollen and the color darker and brighter than expected.
After the lips completely exfoliate (approximately 4-7 days) the color
may look as though it has completely vanished! Three to four weeks
later the color will reappear, and a second appointment should then
be scheduled. Lips are a thick tissue and will usually require at
least two appointments to achieve a good saturation of color. Lips
may feel chapped for several weeks after your appointment. It is recommended
to keep them well moisturized with a lip balm containing a SPF to
protect against the sun’s UV rays.

Important note: If a person has a tendency
to cold sores/herpes, an anti-viral prescription is needed
either from your dentist or doctor prior to getting permanent lip
color applied.
